About Association

The Northeast Asian Business and Economic Association (NABEA) was founded in 2020. The NABEA is Korea-based. It is an international scientific body, with membership open to all persons involved or interested in Business, Economics and Trade.
Its purpose is to encourage and promote teaching, research, and publication on every aspect of Business, Economics and Trade, broadly defined, to encourage and assist in the preservation and administration of the materials for research in Business, Economics and Trade, and to promote interaction and communication among scholars.
The hallmark activities of the association include the publication of the peer-reviewed academic journal and the holding of the semiannual international conferences.
The Association publishes the Journal of Northeast Asian Business and Economics (JNABE). The JNABE is published by K-RISS in May and November. Individual membership of the NABEA includes access to JNABE. Members can submit papers to JNABE. All NABEA individual members receive online access to JNABE as part of their membership.
In addition, the Association also holds the semiannual international conferences (usually in the Spring and Fall). The NABEA-held conferences provide opportunities to present and discuss scholarly papers, and a chance to meet with other members. Members also have the right to submit a paper to the NABEA semiannual international conferences and attend the event. Those based overseas can join for free.
